Dr. Christian G. Heinis, MD brings an extensive medical background to his work at DiStefano Hair Restoration. Before joining our team in 2012, he served as an assistant Professor at the University of Massachusetts emergency room in Worcester for ten years. He also practiced academic medicine and served as a quality control officer at University of Massachusetts and held the title of assistant Medical director. A full-time doctor at DiStefano Hair Restoration, Dr. Heinis still works per diem as an Emergency Room physician — a practice which allows him to manage any complex medical situations that patients may encounter.

Your satisfaction is our priority. With every hair transplant, we expect 95–98% of the grafts to grow. If you’re not satisfied with your results after completing an in-person follow-up at 12 and/or 15 months—and you’ve followed our post-transplant care guidelines—we will replace any grafts that did not grow, free of charge.
We offer four low, flat-rate prices—two for FUE and two for FUT—the lowest in New England. At DiStefano, honesty and transparency are non-negotiable. We provide accurate graft counts with no inflated numbers, no confusing terminology, and no marketing gimmicks. Unfortunately, some clinics in New England engage in a practice called “graft splitting”—cutting grafts in half to artificially double the count. This misleads patients and can compromise graft health, all to make a sale. We don’t play those games.
