All sales are final on products purchased through Hairman.com, except where noted below. We do not accept returns on shampoos, conditioners, topical treatments, or other non-device products once purchased.
DHRC LaserCap Return Policy
For the DHRC LaserCap, we offer a 30-day return policy with a 1-year warranty. Due to the effectiveness of this medical-grade device, many patients begin seeing results within the first month of use. To prevent policy abuse, please note that the 30-day return policy is non-negotiable and applies strictly within the first 30 days from the date of purchase.

Warranty Information

Non-Returnable Items
Please note, for all other products, including topical treatments and hair care products, we do not accept returns. These items are medical or cosmetic consumables and cannot be resold once opened to protect the safety and health of our patients.
