  • Your staples need to be removed 14 days after your procedure at our Worcester location.  If you have not scheduled this already, please call our office at 508-756-4247 to do so.
  •  At 30 days we will send you a text notification asking you to submit 5 photos of your head for us to evaluate. They will be reviewed by a medical professional at our office. If we have any concerns, we will reach out to you and ask that you come into our office for a physical check up.

Photo Submission Instructions

Your photos will be automatically added to your medical chart once they are received.

  • Using a mobile device, please take a total of 5 (five) photos according to the reference images below. We suggest having another person take these photos to ensure clarity.
  • Make sure your photos provide clear and well-lit views of the treated areas from various angles.
  • Once completed – Please  text your photos to 508-756-4247
