If you do a search on the internet, you will find a lot of website and forums that suggest hair loss can be caused by weight training or other forms of exercise because it increases the testosterone levels in your body. Although scientific studies do show a correlation between exercise and testosterone, no direct study has found a link between exercise and hair loss.
